What we build, and what we run afterwards.

Twelve practice areas. Most engagements draw on three or four of them at once, staffed as one team with one delivery lead.

Business platforms built to your process rather than bent around someone else's product. ERPs, CRMs, POS systems, dispatch and scheduling tools, internal portals, customer-facing applications and the integrations that tie them to everything you already run.

Native and cross-platform apps for the field, the warehouse floor and the customer's pocket. Offline-first sync, background location, push, in-app payments, biometrics, and release pipelines that get builds to both stores without a manual step.

Landing zones, network design, cost modelling and the actual move. We migrate legacy workloads off single servers onto infrastructure that can be rebuilt from code, and we size it against your real traffic instead of a vendor's reference diagram.

Our deepest practice. CI/CD that people trust enough to use, infrastructure as code, observability with alerts that mean something, runbooks, on-call rotation and incident review. Deployment stops being an event and becomes a Tuesday afternoon.

Pipelines, warehouses and reporting that finance and operations will actually open. Change-data capture out of production databases, modelled tables, scheduled reconciliation, and dashboards tied to the numbers your board already tracks.

Applied rather than experimental. Document extraction, retrieval over your own knowledge base, support and sales copilots, routing and forecasting models, and workflow automation that removes named hours from a named team's week.

For the system that still earns money and nobody wants to touch. We map it, put tests and monitoring around it, then carve it up in slices that ship, rather than proposing a rewrite that takes two years and loses the business logic on the way.

Sector knowledge shortens discovery. These are the industries where we have shipped more than once and can argue with your assumptions usefully.

Money movement that reconciles

We build for the day the gateway times out mid-transaction. Double-entry ledgers, idempotency keys, retry and settlement logic, and reporting your finance team can tie back to the bank statement without a spreadsheet.

Four ways to put us to work.

Pick the one that matches where the risk sits. Most clients move between them as the work changes, and we do not charge to switch.

Dedicated team

A ring-fenced squad that works only on your product, in your tools, in your stand-ups. You direct the backlog, we handle hiring, cover and technical leadership.

  • 3 to 12 people, scaled monthly
  • Named delivery lead and architect
  • Your repos, your board, your rituals
  • 30 days notice, no exit penalty

Most clients start here

Fixed-scope build

A defined product with a defined price and date. We run a paid discovery first so the number we quote is one we can hold.

  • Written scope and acceptance criteria
  • Milestone billing
  • Change requests priced, not absorbed
  • Warranty period after handover

Best for MVPs and replatforms

Managed operations

We take on the running of what exists. Monitoring, releases, patching, incident response and cost control, against an agreed response time.

  • 24/7 or business-hours on-call
  • Defined response and resolution targets
  • Monthly reliability and spend report
  • Improvement budget included

Retainer, billed monthly

Architecture advisory

Senior review without a delivery commitment. Useful before you commit budget, or when an internal team needs a second opinion they can act on.

  • System and code review with findings
  • Technology and build-versus-buy calls
  • Due diligence for investors and acquirers
  • Fractional CTO time

Day rate or short retainer

Five stages, and you can stop after any of them.

Nothing in our process depends on you having signed for the stage after it. Discovery is deliberately sold separately so the plan stays honest.

Stage 1

Discovery

Workshops with the people who will use the thing. We leave you with a scope, an architecture outline, a risk list and a price, which are yours whether or not you continue with us.

1 to 3 weeks
Stage 2

Architecture

Data model, service boundaries, infrastructure plan and delivery pipeline, decided against your constraints and written down with the reasoning attached.

1 to 2 weeks
Stage 3

Build

Two-week increments, each ending in something deployed to a staging environment you can open. Demo, notes and an updated burn-down every second Thursday.

Ongoing
Stage 4

Launch

Load testing, security review, cutover rehearsal, monitoring and alerting in place, runbooks written, and a named engineer awake for the first week.

2 to 4 weeks
Stage 5

Run

Support, releases, capacity and cost review, and a quarterly session on what to improve next. Or a clean handover to your team, with the documentation to make it stick.

Monthly

Work we can talk about.

Most of what we build sits under client confidentiality. These are engagements we are able to describe, with the outcomes the client measured.

Logistics · flagship platform

Real-time trucking and dispatch platform

A carrier network was running dispatch on phone calls and a shared spreadsheet. We built a live dispatch board, a driver app with offline job handling and photo proof of delivery, telematics ingestion, and a settlement engine that prices loads and pays carriers.

The hard part was state: one load's status has to be identical on the dispatcher's board, the driver's handset and the customer's tracking page within a second, over patchy mobile networks. We solved it with an event-driven core and optimistic local state on the device.

Multi-store progressive web app

A retailer with several regional storefronts was running each on its own aging codebase. We consolidated them onto one headless front end serving a catalogue of more than six thousand items, with per-store pricing, currency, stock and content.

Mobile performance was the commercial argument: the old sites lost shoppers on the category page. Budgeted rendering, image pipelines and edge caching moved the numbers the merchandising team cared about.

Managed device platform for regulated field teams

An enterprise security client needed to issue locked-down handsets to field staff and prove control of them. We built the management platform, the provisioning flow, the policy engine and the cloud infrastructure underneath, integrated with a hardened Android build.

Every action on a device produces an audit record, which is what made the platform sellable into clients with a compliance function.

What clients say when the project is over.

They were the first vendor who told us the feature we asked for was the wrong solution, and then showed us the cheaper one. That set the tone for two years.

We went into a security review with a large customer and passed without a single remediation item. That was entirely down to how the platform was built.

Our own engineers now deploy on Fridays. Six months ago a release took two people and an evening, and we still rolled back half of them.

The questions procurement asks first.

If yours is not here, ask it in the form below and you will get a straight answer, including when the answer is no.

You do, completely, from the first commit. Full assignment of intellectual property is in our standard agreement, alongside a mutual NDA, and both are signed before we start. Code lives in your repositories under your organisation, not ours. Nothing we build for you is reused for another client.

Dedicated teams are priced per person per month, so your cost is predictable and changes only when you change the team size. Fixed-scope builds are quoted after a paid discovery, because a price given before discovery is a guess. Advisory work is a day rate. We publish rates in the proposal rather than negotiating them against what we think you can afford.

We work Pakistan Standard Time and shift hours to hold four to six hours of live overlap with UK and European teams, and typically three to four with US East. Gulf clients get a near-total overlap. Stand-ups, demos and incident calls happen inside your working day, not ours.

Usually in one of three places: taking a workstream your team does not have the capacity for, bringing a skill you do not employ full time such as SRE or mobile, or reviewing architecture before a large commitment. We join your board and your rituals rather than running a parallel process, and we report to your lead, not around them.

We hand it over and help you hire. Documentation, architecture decision records and runbooks are written during the build, not assembled at the end, and we will pair with your incoming engineers for an agreed period. Contracts end on thirty days notice with no exit fee. Building dependency on us is a bad business model.

Least-privilege access granted per person and revoked on rotation, secrets in a managed vault, dependency and secret scanning in the pipeline, and encrypted data at rest and in transit as a default rather than a request. We have supported clients through SOC 2 preparation, PCI scope reduction and GDPR obligations, and we will tell you plainly where we are not the right firm for a given compliance regime.

Advisory work usually starts within a week. A discovery engagement typically starts within two. A dedicated team of three to five engineers takes two to four weeks to assemble, depending on the stack; anything larger, or anything needing a niche skill, we will give you a real date rather than an optimistic one.

Tell us what you are trying to build.

Send a few lines about the problem. You will get a reply from an engineer within one business day, and a scoping call if it looks like a fit. If it is not something we should take on, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
